Produced by young gun vigneron Vincent Lafage of Domaine Les Salicaires 100% Syrah grapes from his certified organic vineyards 5km from the ocean in Canet-en-Rousillon, and delicately extracted their colour, flavour & tannins using a long pneumatic press.

Crafted with minimal intervention to let the fruit speak for itself, aged in stainless steel for 8 monthswith no fining or filtration.
